Just purchased my first home and went with Chris for the house inspection.
He was super kind, extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the house and relayed all his findings, or “lack of findings” to me and my wife!
He took the time to explain everything he was doing, looking for, and what everything was meant for and their “duties/responsibilities” within the home.
Highly recommend Couper Home Inspections to anyone, especially first time home buyers.
Feeling even more confident and comfortable moving into the house now!!

We wish we could give Chris more stars! Chris was absolutely fantastic to work with. This was our first home inspection and he made the process incredibly easy. He was clear with his explanations and very patient with our many questions. He was incredibly thorough and made sure we understood what he was looking at and making recommendations along the way. We especially appreciated how he explained where and what things are and how they work in the home. His report was very detailed and in line with our conversations during the inspection. Not only was he deeply professional, he was also a blast and super personable! He took the anxiety and fear of a home inspection completely away and had recommended contacts that could assist or give quotes on anything we may have wanted/needed to fix (so nice not to have to dig around to look for the best). I didn't know I would learn and enjoy the process so much. Thank you so much Chris! We will certainly be recommending him to any of our friends or family who are looking for someone to check out their next move!

Chris came on the recommendation of my realtor and did not disappoint! Friendly and thorough, he appeared to enjoy his job and readily offered explanations of what he looks for and answered all my questions. Chris is an absolutely phenomenal home inspector. Not only was he on time (high five!), he was extremely thorough in everything he went through, explaining everything he noticed in a way that was easy for me to explain to my sellers. He looked at the house from top to bottom, and then bottom to top. It's rare that you see someone who is so dedicated to his craft. His paperwork was also top notch; and I received my completed home inspection within an hour of him being done, so I could present his findings to my clients in a timely fashion. I will definitely be using Chris again, and I recommend that anyone who needs an inspector uses hims!
